Center Director

Full time On site Texas centers 2+ years experience

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Center Director to help lead the operations of our learning center. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about education, and brings strong leadership, organizational and people skills.

Key responsibilities

Sales and enrollment

  • Conduct consultations with parents and students to explain Bhanzu's programs.
  • Drive enrollments by achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with families to support retention and referrals.

Center operations

  • Oversee the daily functioning of the center, ensuring classes run smoothly and on schedule.
  • Manage staff schedules, student attendance and parent communication.
  • Ensure a high-quality student experience and address parent concerns promptly.

Material and resource management

  • Maintain inventory of learning materials, worksheets and teaching aids.
  • Ensure timely distribution of materials to instructors and students.
  • Track usage and coordinate with central teams for replenishments.

Team coordination and support

  • Support teacher training and ensure adherence to Bhanzu teaching methodologies.
  • Motivate and guide the team to meet performance and quality standards.

Reporting and administration

  • Track enrollment, attendance and performance metrics for the center.
  • Prepare and share weekly and monthly reports with the Regional Director.
  • Support in planning and executing center events, workshops and marketing activities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, operations or education management preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized and solve problems effectively.
  • A passion for education and making a positive impact on students' learning journeys.

Math Teacher

Part time, 20 to 25 hrs/week $25 to $30 per hour Grades KG to 8 On site

Bhanzu is revolutionizing math education through concept-first instruction, real-life application and high-energy learning environments. We are looking for passionate trainers to teach small groups and help make our centers extraordinary.

Key responsibilities
  • Deliver high-energy, 60-minute math sessions to small student groups of up to 10 students, from Grades KG to 8.
  • Use Bhanzu's interactive digital lesson plans and classroom tools.
  • Build student confidence in foundational math, logical thinking and fast calculation.
  • Track learning outcomes and share feedback with parents and internal teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Math, Science, Engineering or Education.
  • Prior experience teaching or tutoring Math.
  • Excellent English communication and classroom engagement skills.
Hours and compensation

Working hours

  • 20 to 25 hours per week.
  • Weekdays: evenings.
  • Weekends: mornings.

Compensation

  • $25 to $30 per hour, based on profile and teaching experience.

English Teacher

Part time, 20 to 25 hrs/week $25 to $30 per hour Grades KG to 8 On site

Bhanzu Learning Center is hiring enthusiastic English Teachers to work with children in a small-group learning environment. A good fit for educators who enjoy interactive teaching and want a consistent, flexible schedule.

Responsibilities
  • Teach English (reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary) to children.
  • Deliver lessons using Bhanzu's structured curriculum.
  • Engage students and create a positive classroom environment.
  • Track student progress and provide feedback to parents.
  • Maintain consistent attendance and reliability.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree, with Education, English or a related field preferred.
  • Experience teaching or tutoring children.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Teaching certification a plus.

Schedule

  • 20 to 25 hours per week.
